Session bookings are not confirmed until any required retainer and signed agreement are received. Retainers are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your client contract. Rescheduling requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Clients receive personal-use rights to delivered images. Images may not be altered, sold, or used commercially without written permission. Online galleries are available for a limited time. Clients are encouraged to download and back up images promptly. While every effort is made to provide reliable service, Lensedbylynn is not responsible for delays caused by weather, emergencies, technical issues, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
